　　2. Maintenance and repair should be carried out by those who are familiar with the hoist mechanism. Clean the hoist components with kerosene, lubricate the gears and bearings with butter, and prevent those who do not understand the performance principles of the machine from disassembling and assembling at will.

　　3. After cleaning and maintenance, the gourd should undergo a no-load test to confirm its normal operation and reliable braking before it can be delivered for use.

　　4. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean, and the brake part should be regularly inspected to prevent brake failure and the occurrence of heavy objects falling off.

　　5. When installing the brake device of the chain hoist, pay attention to the good meshing between the ratchet teeth and the pawl. The spring should control the pawl flexibly and reliably. After installing the hand chain wheel, rotate the hand chain wheel clockwise to press the ratchet and friction plate onto the brake seat. Rotate the hand chain wheel counterclockwise, leaving a gap between the ratchet and the friction plate.
